School should be an exciting opportunity to learn, make friends and have fun. For some children, though, it can be a daunting prospect. We work with pupils of all ages, building their confidence and self-esteem by giving them opportunities to explore their emotions and feelings, and understand themselves a little better. Helping children identify their strengths, and develop areas where they're struggling, can give them a sense of control, boosting their morale and motivation.

We offer one-to-one's as well as group sessions on topics including healthy attitudes to sport, using music to enhance performance and having a 'winning mind'. Many schools use our group workshops during a healthy schools week, as part of a PE lesson or as an extracurricular activity. We also deliver sessions on theoretical and applied psychology for A/S and A-Level PE students.

All our individual and group sessions are specially designed to meet your requirements.

"As part of our AS/A2 PE syllabus we cover Sport Psychology as one of our major modules and I was delighted to have Rebecca come in to Epsom College and lecture to some of our more senior pupils. She covered the topics in both an entertaining and informative way and her rapport with the students was excellent..."
