education
One thing sport does really well is differentiating between performance and results. Whilst academic results are of course important school is also a time for learning about yourself, your relationships with others and developing life-long skills.

We work with schools to help develop skills such as managing pressure, developing confidence, understanding emotions and building resilience to name a few. We use sport as the metaphor to do this but these areas are aimed at a much broader perspective such as helping with exams, driving tests, university interviews and so on.
We also work with leadership in schools, whether that be head teachers and/or senior leaderships teams since all of these afore mentioned areas are influenced by the environment created. Very often working with and through the staff is more impactful longer term than directly with pupils themselves, although we can do both.
As a leadership team understanding how you work together and building psychological safety is so valuable for effective working and directly influences the culture you are shaping.
